Dan Lohmeyer is a Vice President of product management at Cisco Systems, with responsibility for the enterprise software portfolio. This includes product strategy, offer definition, positioning, pricing, policies, and business success.

One of his major responsibilities is Cisco ONE Software, which provides a new way for customers to purchase infrastructure software from Cisco, across the data center, wide area network, and local access domains. Cisco ONE Software provides customers with more business value from a broad software portfolio, business agility from faster access to Cisco’s innovation, financial predictability through license portability and subscription pricing, and simplicity by including the software necessary for the most relevant customer scenarios.

Prior to joining Cisco, Dan spent 10 years at Microsoft in a variety of leadership roles. He led the Office 365 customer experience team, responsible for customer’s overall satisfaction with Office 365. He was responsible for business management of the Microsoft Business Solutions division. He was responsible for Microsoft’s strategy and business outcomes with Independent Software Vendors, including revenue, technology adoption, and satisfaction.

Before Microsoft, Dan was a management consultant at McKinsey and Company for 6 years. He earned his bachelors and masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
